Distribution and habitat

Known only from fynbos on the lower stony southern slopes of the Keeromsberg in the Hex River Valley, Western Cape, South Africa.

Phenology

Only flowers after fire.

History

  • Named and described as Ixia dolichosiphon by Goldblatt & Manning (2011).
