Indigenous to southeastern Europe to China.

 

Euonymus verrucosus

Indigenous to Europe and western Asia.

 

Herbivores

Acherontia atropos

The caterpillar have been recorded eating the leaves of Euonymus sp. (amongst quite a wide variety of host-plants).
