Perennial dwarf shrub growing up to 0.45 m high. Distribution in southern Africa: Limpopo

 

Asystasia gangetica

Perennial herb growing up to 2 m high. Distribution in southern Africa: Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo; Swaziland; Botswana; Namibia.

Perennial herb growing to 0.3 m high. Distribution in southern Africa: KwaZulu-Natal

 

Asystasia retrocarpa

Perennial herb growing to 0.35 m high.

Distribution in southern Africa: KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo; Swaziland

 

Asystasia schimperi

Annual herb growing to 0.6 m high.

Distribution in southern Africa: KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Gauteng, North West; Swaziland; Botswana; Namibia

 

Asystasia subbiflora

Perennial herb growing to 0.4 m high. 

Distribution in southern Africa: Mpumalanga

 

Asystasia varia 

Perennial herb growing to 0.6 m high.

Distribution in southern Africa: Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal

 

Asystasia welwitschii

Perennial herb growing to 0.5 m high.

Distribution in southern Africa: Namibia
