Rhaptophasma kerneggeri  (Link to Zompro & Adis web site, with photographs of this species)


Fossil in 45 million year old (Eocene epoch) Baltic amber (from an area encompassing the Baltic Sea and Scandanavian peninsula).


Extinct species, but probably was associated with Pine forests.
